How Does This Happen?

Tremendous forces are generated when vehicles weighing thousands of pounds crash together. Collisions move the spine violently, even at relatively slow speeds. These sudden forceful movements disturb the natural alignment of the mid back. The inflammation and associated swelling that follows results in "soreness".

What Can I Do To Help Myself?

Avoid activities that aggravate the soreness. Use ice or hot moist heat between the shoulder blades. Never use ice directly on the skin. Repeat applications of hot and or cold can relieve soreness.
